What is PalliTalk?
PalliTalk is a private messaging app for staying close to your friends and small groups. You can exchange real-time messages, photos, voice notes and short video stories. It's available on the App Store and Google Play.
How do I create an account?
Download PalliTalk, open the app, and register with your email address or phone number. You'll choose a username and a password (we store passwords only as a secure Argon2id hash — never in plaintext). You must be at least 13 years old to use PalliTalk.
I forgot my password or can't log in.
On the login screen, tap “Forgot password” to receive a reset link by email. If you still can't get back in, send us a message using the form below and include the email address on your account.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, messages and media from our servers, and they are rotated out of backups within a reasonable retention window. If you can no longer access the app, contact us using the form below and we'll process the deletion for you.
Are my messages private?
Yes. We collect only what's needed to operate the app, we never sell or trade your personal information, and traffic is encrypted in transit. Messages and media are retained according to per-feature time-to-live settings. For the full details, read our Privacy Policy.
How do I report an abusive user or inappropriate content?
In the app, open the user's profile or the message and use the report / block option in the menu. You can also reach us directly through the contact form below — please include the username involved so we can investigate quickly.
